| The
frescoed walls and ceilings in this majestic
apartment demonstrate that it was once one of
the fine public rooms of the villa in its heyday
in the 1800s.
You enter into a sitting room that greets you with a formal
sofa and chairs, a marble fireplace, and
frescoes above the doors. Notice the picture of
the fresco of the villa itself in the 1800s
below.
A spacious living
room/dining room offers a view of the Italian
garden and Siena beyond.
The kitchen is
small, tucked into a closet but has the
essentials for simple meals or the for serving
prepared food from a tavola calda (take
out).
The bedroom is very large and
elegant with a queen sized canopy bed. A third person could
sleep on the convertible sofa in the living
room. There is one bathroom.
