The small private garden is accessed from the second floor where you can barbecue, dine al fresco, and sun bathe. Whether you are the early riser who will enjoy your first cup of coffee overlooking the countryside or the night-owl who will appreciate the quiet of the countryside under the starts, this convenient garden will add an extra dimension to your enjoyment of Tuscany.

The eat-in kitchen has a large, country table, features attractive tile work and is fully equipped for preparing and serving meals with produce from the local markets. 

Modern comfort is highlighted with antique prints, antique chests, armoires, and bedsteads.

A small queen-bedded room and bathroom with shower is on the ground floor. On the second floor is a junior suite with large double bed with bathroom with tub. Two rooms with two twin beds each share the third bathroom.  The twin beds can be made up as large doubles to accommodate different groupings of guests.
