The ground floor contains a bright, large, open plan living and dining room, and separate kitchen all with comfortable modern furniture and fine antiques. The living room has two large sofas and a love seat, a coffee table, and an oriental carpet, a place where everyone can come together and relax. The dining space is set apart in an alcove off the living room and near the entrance to the kitchen.

A living room sofa opens into an extra bed. There is also a bathroom with tub on the ground floor. 

Outside is an area where you can barbecue and dine al fresco.

The galley kitchen has a bar all along one side that opens into the living room. Arches define all the openings, an architectural theme in many Tuscan villas. It features attractive Italian tile work and is fully equipped for preparing and serving meals with produce from the local markets. 

Modern comfort is highlighted with handsome paintings and prints, antique chests, armoires, and bedsteads.

On the second floor is a master bedroom with large double bed, two bedrooms with two twin beds each, and two bathrooms with showers. The twin beds can be made up as large doubles to accommodate different groupings of guests.

Sparkling, new fixtures and attractive tile work make each bathroom special.
