This lovely villa complex is nestled in the Chianti producing hills, yet is within the boundaries of the historic city of Siena. Views across vines and olive trees to medieval, fortified properties and the Tuscan hills tempt you to wander.

The first class comfort of the accommodations, large pool, and well-tended grounds invite you to relax.

It is ideal for weekly and longer vacations because of the comfort and quality of the accommodations, as well as proximity to the treasures of Tuscany. Drive, bike, or walk to explore far and near.

Five kilometers, 3 miles from Siena, it is an hour's drive to Florence, and close to dozens of hill towns of Tuscany each with their own charm, local wine, and olive oil specialty.

The large, open pool and well-tended gardens welcome you home in Tuscany. The villa property produces grapes, olives, apples, cherries, apricots, and persimmons. All are gathered by hand, so harvest time is interesting but not noisy. Feel free to pick for your own consumption.

Recently restored apartments and cottages feature traditional, wood beamed ceilings, exposed structural stone arches, and cool, red "cotto" terracotta floors. The owner's (who lives on the property) passion is decorating and collecting antiques, so each apartment or cottage surrounds you with beauty and offers several gorgeous antiques from, usually, the 1700's (settecento) for you to appreciate.

Restaurants, markets, and a supermarket are five minutes away.
