In the Spanish Steps area of Rome, you can enjoy every comfort in these first class apartments in a historic palazzo. The building is convenient to all the great shopping, history, architecture, and art of Rome. This La Dolce Vita territory!

This Roman palazzo is a two minute walk from the Spanish Steps. When you enter, you will find the elevator up fifteen steps. You cannot be more centrally located, two minutes to the Spanish Steps and the entire quarter is replete with historic location such as the Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Piazza del Popolo, the Trevi fountain, and the Via Veneto. 

The streets of fashion, this is one of the most fashionable shopping district in Europe with Gucci, Armani, Prada, Bulgari, Valentino and more right out the front door of your palazzo. You are close to a hub of Rome's bus system and also to the Metro which has a station behind the Spanish Steps.

Consider the pleasure of roaming the streets of the Eternal City and passing back by your apartment to drop off packages, grab a snack or a nap and then stepping outside again to explore some more. With a whole to occupy, you aren't bound by the four walls of a hotel room, but can spread out and get some time alone, too. If you are an early riser, you can stroll or jog by the fabled monuments in the neighborhood before the average tourist has arrived.

For day-to-day shopping, Via Bocca di Leone nearby has several fresh fruit and vegetable stands, there are three supermarkets within just a few blocks. 

The quarter is full of dining choices from tavola caldas for take out our an informal meal to some of the finest restaurants in Rome.

The first class apartments are all well furnished and maintained. Windows are insulated for quiet, and during the warm summer months, you will appreciate the air conditioning.

Several apartments together can, with advance planning, be reserved together to accommodate a family reunion.

We have personally inspected this property. Our evaluation is:

• Clean, and comfortable apartments. 
• The location is fantastic, right in the heart of fashionable and historic Rome.
• Some mattresses are not new and the patterned rather than white sheets don't give as nice an effect, in my opinion. I have bad reports on the mattress in the master bedroom in Gina.
• These are good value apartments, less expensive than most that we represent in the area.
• There is a full flight of steps to reach the elevator which is small and a little cranky; you have to close it just so.
• The electrical systems offer the standard wattage allowed by law in Italy, meaning that if you are running the air conditioner, you need to be careful about what other appliances are operating.
• Water pressure and hot water can be limited. Water pressure is a city-wide problem.
• The manager can be testy and although often helpful, not always in the best spirits.
• The appliances are typically confusing, be sure to get an explanation from the manager.
