Tosca is a three bedroom, two bath apartment on the fourth floor (American designation) of the Palazzo. There is an elevator.

The entire front of the apartment, master bedroom, living room and kitchen overlook Piazza Santa Croce, a pleasure in itself as you can observe the daily life of this Florentine neighborhood that hasn’t gone over altogether to tourists.

The luminous living room is spacious and comfortable and features two sofas, one a sofa bed for two, satellite TV, stereo hi-fi, CD and DVD players. A large, working fireplace separates the dining area from the living room. The décor is a blend of Tuscan and English country cottage.. 

To keep in touch, there is a landline telephone, answering machine, and wifi Internet. 

The separate eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and American-style drip coffee maker. There is also a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.

The master bedroom has a divisible queen sized bed with ensuite bathroom with shower over tub. The second bedroom has twin beds and the third has a single. They share a bathroom with a step in shower.
